During my Masters degree I completed a 300 hour practicum with a nurse educator. I learned many things during this practicum and this proposal was the start of my planning. While my synthesis paper is an overall examination of my practicum. I examine the challenges I faced, how I resolved the challenges, and the many new teaching methods I learned.
